Gino is an easy-to-make classical Swedish dessert from Stockholm that I started making when I was still in elementary school. I made this in honor of Mother's Day this year and it was a biiiiig hit!
Served together with vanilla ice cream, this is the perfect dessert for summer when you want to make something that doesn't take much work but tastes like luxury.
Gino, serves 8 +
400g white chocolate
Slice bananas, kiwis and strawberries and put them in an oven-proof dish. Chop the white chocolate and cover the fruits with it. Bake in 225˚C (grill mode) until the chocolate has melted and browned a little. It should take about 5 minutes depending on your oven!
Serve with vanilla ice cream.
