Getting your body in balance with Omega-3 fatty acids

In 2016 I was in my 3rd year of healing from fatigue syndrome, I had inflammations that caused immense pain in my neck muscles and asthma that I had received the year prior due to untreated airway inflammation, those things only being the tip of the iceberg. Realizing my body lacked something incredibly important to help itself heal somewhat properly, I got my fatty acid levels checked and the opportunity to give my cells better conditions to build strength, fight inflammations and contribute to normal brain function.*

  1. The daily dose of Omega-3 all depends on your body weight. Do not buy a supplement that recommends the same dose for all people. Our 1 year old son gets less than us grown ups, and my husband gets more than me, because we all weigh differently. )

  2. Always check the daily recommended amount of capsules/oil versus the actual need of Omega-3 fatty acids per day. Does the daily dose of supplements actually give you the amount of Omega-3 you need in a day? Hint: you need ca 2-3 g EPA och DHA as an adult per day depending on your body weight.

  3. Does the product contain polyphenols to make it stable enough for the Omega-3 to reach your cells before they go rancid?
